Professional, honest and friendly are the first things I think of to describe Rick Belben at RE/MAX Gold Partners. I have worked with a number realtors over the years and non-have matched up to the service that Rick has given us. Rick was instrumentalist in finding us our new home and his advise on all aspects of our purchase was invaluable. When we decide to look for a in home in the Orlando area we contacted a number or realtors with no real success, as we lived so far out of State it was not easy for us to keep making wasted trips to Orlando to view properties that were not what we were looking for. We found Rick via his website after emailing him with our needs I was amazed when My phone rang 5 minutes later & it was Rick calling to discuss our requirements in more detail. Within a day Rick had found and forward us a number of properties, he also gave us detailed advise on some of the areas we were looking at. In all our dealings with Rick he has been prompt with all communications throughout the process were excellent. Like most people now, our time is so limit that we could not afford to waste it on so called professionals that do not do what you want or when you need it. I have no hesitation in recommending Rick Belben and have done so to a number of my friends with great success. I can sum it up in one sentence.
